Community

Lesley is committed to community development. She volunteers with the Cancer Council NSW and mentors coaches and women in business.

Some of the more recent positions Lesley has held as a community volunteer include:

• Chair, MNC Regional Advisory Committee, Cancer Council NSW (2009-present)
• Board Member, Mid North Coast Area Consultative Committee (2005-2008)
• Chair, Cancer Council Relay for Life Committee (2006, 2007, 2008)
• Mentor, Women in Business Mentoring Program (2000, 2003, 2005)
• Member, Radiotherapy Steering Committee (2003-4)
• Member, Rural Lands Strategic Planning Committee (2002-4)

The Cancer Council NSW
Lesley is a volunteer with the Cancer Council of NSW, currently serving as Chair of the MNC Regional Advisory Committee, as a staff partner and coach for some of the managers. She was Chair of the Coffs Harbour Relay for Life Committee for 3 years during which $300,000 was raised to help defeat cancer.

The Business Community
Lesley is a member of the Coffs Harbour Chamber of Commerce, the Coffs Coast Business Womens' Network and the ETC Business Club. For several years, she was a volunteer mentor for the Women in Business Program and continues to mentor women in business.

The Coaching Community
Lesley is an active member of the coaching community. She is a member and Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation. Lesley is an Agency Coach with Results Coaching Systems and is a Results Coach Mentor.
